She has built her career across business operations and advisory functions, gaining extensive practical exposure to organizational management and corporate processes.
After several years of experience in HR and corporate environments, she transitioned into the legal profession and has been practicing as a lawyer since 2023. Her professional approach combines commercial understanding with legal strategy, particularly in corporate, regulatory, and documentation-intensive matters. She is recognized for her structured approach, analytical thinking, and practical problem-solving skills.

Mr. Rajesh Tuteja is a distinguished retired Indian Revenue Service (IRS) officer with over three decades of experience in taxation, investigation, regulatory oversight, public administration, and governance. He retired as Director General of Income Tax (Investigation), after holding several senior positions in the Income Tax Department.
He has extensive expertise in tax investigations, complex assessments involving large corporates and multinational enterprises, transfer pricing, and international taxation. He has also served as Commissioner (Appeals) and Member of the Dispute Resolution Panel (DRP).
He has participated in international programmes on taxation and governance conducted by OECD and foreign tax authorities. A Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary and Law Graduate, he was a Gold Medalist of the 1987 IRS batch and recipient of the Finance Minister’s Gold Medal.

Mr. Vaibhav Agarwal is a qualified Chartered Accountant and an accomplished banking and financial services professional with over 23 years of experience across strategy, business development, credit administration, risk management, client servicing, and recovery management.
Throughout his career, he has developed strong expertise in driving business growth, managing operations, strengthening client relationships, and implementing strategic initiatives aligned with organizational objectives. His comprehensive understanding of financial services, coupled with his analytical and managerial capabilities, enables him to contribute effectively to strategic decision-making, risk oversight, and sustainable business growth. He brings valuable industry knowledge and practical experience to the Board.

Mr. Vinod Chithore is a distinguished urban planner and real estate administrator with extensive experience in municipal administration, urban infrastructure, development planning, and regulatory governance. He has served as Director of Registration at MahaRERA and held several senior leadership positions with the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC).
His senior positions at BMC include Chief Engineer (Development Plan), Chief Engineer (Roads), Deputy Municipal Commissioner (Special Engineering), Deputy Municipal Commissioner (Engineering), and Director (Engineering Services & Projects).
During his distinguished career, he has made significant contributions to Mumbai’s urban development policies, infrastructure planning, engineering administration, and municipal governance. He brings valuable institutional, technical, and regulatory expertise to the Board.
